As our brand grows, can VINGO scale with me?

YES, but, VINGO’s e-commerce platform is designed to fill orders no greater than 10,000 labels or stickers. In order for us to maintain affordability through this platform, we must limit the options VINGO offers. BUT, GOOD NEWS--VINGO’s parent company Vintage 99 Label Mfg. Inc., can provide complete, custom print services, from custom design packages, to millions of labels with high end embellishments.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders placed by 3pm PT Monday through Friday will ship no later than the third business day. For an extra rush charge fee, we will ship the next business day.

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Depending where you are shipping to, delivery times can vary from 1 day (if local to northern California, San Francisco Bay Area) to 7 days or more if located across the US. Expedited shipping is an available option when you check out at an additional cost.

What if I need additional help?

VINGO is designed as an affordable, self-service e-commerce platform for creating and ordering custom labels for those that know what print they want using their existing artwork or want to have fun using our design tool to create a label or sticker design from scratch.

If you do not have uploadable artwork or are not able to use the online design tool, or if you need additional services than what is available on our site, you will need to contact us for our professional custom design and print services.

What if I need more than 10,000 labels or advanced embellishments such as foil, embossing, or tactile varnishes?

For larger volume orders or more custom print options, we offer professional custom label manufacturing services through our parent company, Vintage 99 Label Mfg. Inc.
